As Managing Director of FM Innovations, Rich is responsible for the strategic planning of the division through short and long term business development goals and initiatives. This includes the marketing of the division to create a strong awareness throughout the industry.

Rich brings over 20 years of industry experience to FM Innovations. He was instrumental in forming the division during his first tenure at Tecton Architects, before leaving in 2003. While absent from FM Innovations, he expanded his industry knowledge while serving as Northeast Regional Manager for FM:Systems, as well as Director of Sales for a NJ based consulting firm. Rich returned to FM Innovations in 2008 to help expand the division further.

Rich is a member of IFMA and is also an active member of Tecton Architects Leadership Group.

As co-founder and Senior Principal of Tecton Architects, Peter is also the co-managing Pricncipal for FM Innovations. He also oversees the firm’s design, planning and project coordination in addition to developing the unique tools Tecton applies to its project stewardship; he’s also widely respected for his design flair.

A “Yalie” with both a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Architecture degrees, Peter has been an instructor at his alma mater. He’s also traveled extensively as an architectural consultant for various archaeological explorations sponsored by The Smithsonian.

As a co-founder and Senior Principal of Tecton Architects, Dave is also the co-managing Principal for FM Innovations. His responsibilities include strategic planning and stewardship of the firm as well as most of the general business issues including financial planning and oversight; he is also the Principal-in-Charge of construction documentation and administration.

Dave is also the force behind Tecton’s ACE Mentor Program, which educates students in careers of Architecture, Construction and Engineering.
