Since 1996, FM Innovations has worked with a Fortune 500 Insurance company on several facilities automation projects. We started by regaining control of our client’s CAD library through the implementation of a library archive that manage records of all nationwide facilities. This automation dramatically reduced the time required to manage CAD documentation.

FM Innovations was then called in to provide on-site administration of a software-controlled library system that allows electronic tracking of the more than 2,400 CAD files. We also maintain the accuracy of the CAD layouts to insure the square footage utilization data generated for the financial department is correct. We have managed the client’s cost center charge-back system, tracked nationwide facilities and furniture assets. This information is used to calculate capacity and occupancy and is the foundation for all corporate master planning activities.

Since 1996 FM Innovations has provided uninterrupted support services to our client and continues to do so today, helping to managing over 7.4 million sq. ft. of Headquarters and Field facilities.
