IFMA/BOMA – FM Innovations is familiar with both organizations standards for measuring office space. We are also familiar with the recently published Unified Approach for Measuring Office Space. Although this is not a fully approved or adopted method at this time, FM Innovations prides itself on making sure we utilize the most current standards when applicable.

Joint Commission – FM Innovations provides tailored solutions that incorporate customer requirements for reporting to the Joint Commission during a commission audit.
National CAD Standards / AIA Layering Guidelines – FM Innovations utilizes these standards and guidelines as a baseline for the services we provide.
